Created a email address in mail.com, sent out emails, and received the cc copies to myself. But now cannot sign into it. Extremely important as I sent out some emails copied to many senior people and now cannot check to see the replies.
There is no actionable help resource at mail.com - after several tries they locked the account. There is a web-form to fill which i did, but its not reliable as to how or when they reply. My old accounts at mail.com from 5 years ago are also not accessible.
The error msg says - “either the email address or password entries cannot be processed”
Is there a way to recover the mail.com page when i was signed in?
Tried the history list. I didn’t save any password in the browser option.
Or any other ways to get to the emails inbox?
The errors seem to point to some issue in their processing info either at registration or after. It seems to be getting hard to reach companies now in general - no one identifiable, with a specific email address.
Grateful for any ideas.
