Does one need to be verified with Uphold completely to withdraw the BAT token? Is there a way to withdraw the earned tokens to personal wallet? This is the first month I am able to claim rewards.

Uphold is the only option available for now. And yes, you need a verified Uphold account if you want to withdrawal BAT.
Other option/s may be added in the future.
