Profile Button Missing?

My profile picture button that should be in the top right is not there and when I try to make a new profile it pulls up a fully white screen. I was trying to fix the fps lag in the videos I watch (chrome works fine so it is not me) and one of the suggestions was making a new profile so when I went to try it I couldn’t find out how to delete my current one or any others I may have and I cannot create one
