Problems with the donation of bats?

Hello Community!
Today, I come with a question which I hope can be answered by some of you, yesterday a subscriber tells me that he has sent 30 BAT to my YouTube channel, however I have only noticed that they have arrived 20 BAT a couple of days ago another different subscriber tells me that he sent 40 bats to my channel, as a sign of gratitude to my content, in which only 20 BAT was reflected.
Is there any kind of problem with the donation of more than 20 BAT through a single ip?
Or is it a daily limit established by Brave?

There’s no limits of any sort like that. Can you PM me the email address you use to login to the publishers dashboard?

Hi there, as long as you have a linked and verified Uphold account you’ll be paid out on or around the 8th of each month.

Not sure if this is already sorted. But i had sent 30 BAT grant tokens to my channel.
But it looks like only 27.55 BATS are available as ‘pending payouts’.
Is there any kind of deduction done for token grants being donated?
My Brave publisher mail id is ‘[email protected]’.

@raga According to the FAQs, there is a fee on publisher contributions, it’s 5% at the moment.
