Problem with reject transfer from Creators to me

Hi there!
I have some problem! I send rewards some Creator, but he can not verify his Uphold Wallet and now my BAT tokens have a status- PENDING! How can I return my BAT if Creator can not reject transfer to me?

The site creators is a youtube channel. I send about 7 may 2019. Unfortunately support Uphold told that this channel not supported wallet

That’s what they write: We apologize we are not able to offer any assistance in regards to the Brave rewards program. The Uphold wallet currently has $0 funds available and there has not been a transaction made on the account to date.
