DuckDuckGo mobile browser has a feature where you can have it auto-clear open tabs on a configurable inactivity timer, for example 15 minutes.
This is the only reason I have DDG anymore on mobile. I use DDG as my ‘default’ mobile browser for opening things ephemerally, whereas for ‘normal’ mobile browsing – where I do want things stored in my history, Sync, etc. – I use Brave.
Would love to see this capability added to Brave, where it could be applied to ‘Private’ tabs.
