There are a few types of bugs i am experiencing with the new update to ios.
I can not seem to move specific songs around in a playlist anymore, they just seem to go back to the previous position.
How do you shuffle playlists around? I can not seem to find a way to do it, also, sometimes, the playlist order goes backwards, and them to regular again, not sure why that is happening.
@xander2 can you please confirm for me what version of the browser you’re using as well as what iOS version you’re on?
We are unable to reproduce these issues on our end and are able to move Playlist items as intended and playlist order is normal.
Brave version: 1.71
IOS version: 18.1
Device: iphone 15+
I also rebooted my device, that did not work, and i do not want to delete the app and redownload it because i do not want to lose all my playlists.

In the new UI, you’ll need to reorder the playlist by using the Edit button. Additionally, there is a shuffle button right there in the player for shuffling the play order:
I know, i try to do that, in the edit menu, but again, it just repositions to the previous spot. Perhaps this example may help:

Thank you for the recording that does help. I’ve asked some of iOS team about this — it does indeed look like a bug but I’m surprised I’m not seeing more reports of it .

We’ve pushed a bunch of fixes over the weekend for iOS that should have fixed these (and other) Playlist issues.
Can anyone in this thread please ensure you’re using the latest build of the browser and confirm whether or not you’re still seeing these issues?
Issue still persists, can’t move songs in playlist, it just goes back to where it was.
