Pics (Jpg's) downloading as Temp Files

I have searched this topic repeatedly, with people asking the same question, but there never seems to be a concrete answer. I am bulk downloading pics that are jpg but it saves them in the download folder as TMP files. It works fine in Chrome and saves them as jpg’s. I am happy to save them in the download folder, but why is it changing the extension and how do I change it?

And this is why, when I’m asked how I’m enjoying Brave, I give a frown face and rate it a 2. No answers by Brave and the community doesn’t have answers b/c I’ve already looked.

@maxrelax Some things can slip through, but the bigger issue is that you left the template in without filling it out, which makes it difficult for anyone to assist you.

The template specifically asks for details like the steps to reproduce the issue, where you’re downloading from, etc. You also have an area for additional details where you could have mentioned whether you’ve chosen a location to save the files, but none of that information is included here.

It also asks for your operating system and Brave version, but you haven’t provided those either. Without knowing if you’re on Windows, Mac, Linux, or which version of Brave you’re using (Release, Beta, or Nightly), it’s nearly impossible to offer help.

Providing this information is critical if you want proper assistance. If you can update the post with those details, people will be in a better position to help.
