(Old PC, Windows 10) Since yesterday, Brave closes immediately by itself when after a right click on a photo, I select “save image as JPG/PNG WebP” and I click on “save as JPG”. I reopen it without problem and it works very well until the next attempt to save an image…

This is valid on all the sites I have tried. and I have to open chrome to save the photos!

Yes I have the same problem - my save as extension works fine in Chrome! Any solution - so frustrating!
I’m having the same issue.
Right click and choose save as jpg, The brave icon in the task bar turns green like it’s working, with in a half second then closes. A .tmp file will show up in my download folder. If I drag that file into brave or other browser it opens as the pict I was trying to download.
I have tried creating a new download folder. changing to a diffrent default download folder.
Reinstalled the extension.
reinstalled brave.
Nuked all data for brave and did a fresh install.
Tried with only 1 tab open and anything I could to reduce memory and processor use.
No luck.
