PDF icon not showing up on page to click for download

Hi,

On one of our company portal pages, PDF icons next to order/invoice numbers are not showing up to be able to click on for .pdf copies to download. Page also takes long time to finish loading as well. Tried other browsers, works fine.

How does one get them to show up. Is there a particular setting blocking them? Brave shields on the page are turned off, scripts ok, adblock off.

Could you kindly answer the following below:

  • Brave version/Device OS (found by going to brave://version)
  • Are you able to reproduce this issue in a private window or new Brave profile?

Hi, thank you for your response.

Version: 1.48.118 Chromium: 107.0.5304.91 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Win10

Same in private window.

Created Test profile, is working there as it should, hmmm.

Worked on all Extensions. Turned all off - worked ok. Turned each one on, one at a time, found the issue! :slight_smile:

Mate Translate - Needed to select ‘on click’ for site access, fixed the issue, now works as it should.
