Payment token is not ready : Didn't received payout for few months

Briefly describe your issue:
found that the rewards payout not arrive my wallet for half a year
I checked the log file and it shows “Network error” and “Payment token is not ready”
(but not shows when I connect to cellular hotspot, I think maybe the issues on my firewall)

p.s. I did opened the ticket, but the reply just said I may be flagged without any reason or ask me another question.
