Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Brave (Beta).
2. Open any website and download any large file.
3. Go to the downloads page while the file is being downloaded.
4. The pause/cancel button are out of the boundaries of the download box.

Buttons should be inside the download box, as in multiple downloads, we don’t be able to use the cancel button.
