Several other browsers offer this feature as an alternative to simply allowing pop-ups. I like it because it prevents a plethora of separate browser windows. NOTE that Ctrl-hyperlink does not work in the current version for pop-ups. Instead it opens another copy of the current window containing the hyperlink in a new tab, then opens the pop-up window as a pop-up.
