Always open links in New Tab

Hi
I Cant Found option to default opening the links in new tab
any idea how to solve it ?

This feature is not available at this time. Note that you can open a link in a new tab by holding down Ctrl while you click on a link.

Middle-clicking links will also open in a new tab.
