Only received 0.25 BAT, Gemini account automatically logged out

I’m using the Brave browser v.1.37.111 for Windows, with no VPN. I was supposed to receive 6.401 BAT for this month’s payout, but I only received 0.25 BAT today. I read in the other threads that this could be because my wallet is unverified. I’ve been using Gemini to successfully claim my rewards in the past months. However, two weeks ago, it was automatically disconnected from my Brave account/logged out from my Brave account. I tried logging in multiple times on different occasions but I always received the error “Your request is still being processed, please wait. Sorry there was a problem processing your request, please try again.” I still have this problem until now.

Same as me, I’ve accumulated approximately 3,000 BAT in March and only received 0.250 this month… I opened a topic to try to understand why.

If you received less BAT than expected please notes that All payouts to verified wallets are still processing. Payments to verified wallets and claims for unverified wallets will continue to process through next week. Thank you for your patience.

Hi, thank you for the response. I’ll take note of this. But may I also ask what I can do to successfully reconnect my Gemini wallet to Brave? I’m still unable to do so because of the error mentioned above

For just the error message, try clearing history/cache, exiting the browser, and reopening. This works for some users. Also, check that you are in a supported country/region for both Brave and Gemini. Supported countries have been changing in the past few months. Just check to make sure your country is still supported.

For the payout amount issue, please be patient and wait until payout processing has completed. You may receive additional payouts once processing is complete.
