Not yet recieve bat and payout on Jul and Aug

Hi support team!
My account has 8.065 BAT which I earned on my android in Jun and Jul but still won’t be received in Aug, and from 01th Aug i dont receive any ads, the next payout jump to 08th Oct, i hope support team response and help.
