Not until the payment date, I lost the BAT number in my wallet

Hello admin.
Let me ask why the BAT balance in my wallet is disappearing. On 04/27/2020 I have in my wallet 38.02 BAT On 28/04/2020 I checked in again, my BAT number in my wallet is no longer available. Can the admin tell me why?
Hope admin check back for me.
What admin notified me to know because of this problem.
