Non-Latin character sets not displaying properly

Description of the issue: Certain alphabets and syllabaries, specifically those of more historical or anthropological rarity and whose UTFs are unknown to me, are not rendering properly on webpages I encounter them on. Of the provided site, for example, the Edomite, Akkadian, and Syriac scripts depicting the kingdom’s name are the telltale blank squares of a missing character encoding set.

I’m using macOS, specifically Mojave version 10.14.6.

Can you check and see if you’re able to view these characters normally when using a different browser?
Preferably a Chromium based browser, if possible (Chrome, Vivaldi, Opera).
