No sound on some videos/webpages (but not all)

So when i’m trying to watch videos on Youtube, some videos don’t have sound.

ill be trying to watch something and it’ll be silent, if i refresh nothing changes but if i go to another video it works fine

Description of the issue:

how to reproduce

  1. try this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z6-FWJteNLI. -no sound
  2. click any other video -sound will play

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
No Sound

Expected result:
Sound

Reproduces how often:
Every time with the same videos
(if it didn’t work the first time i resort to watching it in a different browser)

Operating System and Brave Version:
Windows 10 v1909
Brave Version 1.5.123 Chromium: 80.0.3987.163 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
this doesn’t only happen on Youtube some websites with built in audio clips or videos also have this problem
