No reward received since activating my uphold account

Briefly describe your issue:
It’s been several months since I linked my uphold account to brave rewards, already when I linked it I had lost more than half of my BAT and I hadn’t noticed but since that day, I haven’t have received no other BAT on my account. How to receive them again ?

What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
NO

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you fully completed Uphold’s CDD requirements?

Ok, hopefully won’t take them long to get to you. Just be advised that it can sometimes take up to a week or two for you to receive a response and with it being the weekend, likely won’t hear back until after Monday at the earliest unless you’re lucky. Just keep an eye out on the email you provided.
