No longer receiving ads since last update?

No longer recieving ads since recent updates during October.

Not sure what the problem is but brave automatically updated itself a few weeks back and now I no longer get any ads.

Can someone explain what the issue is? Not a single ad for nearly 3 weeks now and I use Brave daily for many hours per day.
