No Favourites in New Tab

On this page it says you can choose favourite websites where you can add/remove sites but I don’t see it on my version (latest)
How can this issue be reproduced?

1.Go to customise
2. Top sites
3. Nothing shows other than hide/unhide top sites

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.22.71 Chromium

and is targeted for a Stable release on version 1.23.x.

So yes, it’s not available yet on stable release.
