No BAT for Several Months

First, I have had 20.00 BAT pending for several months. I have screenshots of this bit of the issue. However, upon the newest update, my BAT went to 0.00.

In addition, Brave is now listing my Uphold wallet as unverified, and will not allow me to verify it again. I have had the wallet active for a year or so now.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

I started this thread after I sent you a DM with the information requested above. I thought perhaps somebody else was involved in these troubleshooting scenarios because it went without reply.
