I have been messaging brave and not getting assistance. Can brave provide some support to my account. No ads again today and the problem is persistent the whole month. what is going on

its weird like nothing at all it doesn’t make sense. If I’m flagged for something at least tell me but it doesn’t appear to be so, idk. Im not gonna bash brave but this is a major issue
