No pop-up ads displaying at all on Brave, have been using for a few days and tried every fix I can fine but still no ads

I don’t have an Uphold account yet, I have not received any ads yet

I have not yet received any payments

I have reinstalled Brave, checked all notifications settings are appropriate, checked notifications with https://www.bennish.net/web-notifications.html, gone into a social media account and allowed notifications to try and wake up the notifications, but none of these have worked. Brave seems totally unable to push ad notifications to me. Does anyone know of any further solutions to try?
