Need help with changing YouTube desktop to mobile

I don’t know what I accidentally tapped when I left my video on PAUSE with unlocked screen but it changed to desktop mode after putting it in my pocket. I’ve tried some YouTube tutorial but the setting they chose isn’t included in mine. Manually changing with m.youtube isn’t working either. A technical assistance would be greatly appreciated.
