My payment not credit in my verified uphold account

My brave reward payment still pending.My uphold account is verified.But the problem is amount not credit in my uphold account .Please credit my payment in uphold account quickly.I use in 2 windows computer in a same mail id.I receive payment only one windows computer.but other computer payment not credit in uphold account .
Please help me.
