My Brave Rewards profile is flagged, why?!

Apparently my Brave Rewards profile is flagged for no reason (it’s been 5 or 6 months like this)

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 10 Education
Build: 19043.1645

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
What date did you verify your wallet?
Verified on 11/24/2019
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
Sometimes i need to
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Mines been flagged for the same amount of time
No ads no way to fix it tried everything no one replies to the topics regarding flagged profiles.

giving it another month and moving on.


I have the same problem, hope it goes away in a month or two.

My assumption is that you got flagged because you occassionally use a VPN. VPN is not allowed. Something to do with serving ads to people in countries where they aren’t supposed to receive them.

A VPN has not posed an issue for me in the past. Regardless, if the issue is using a VPN, have you seen anywhere if they plan to do something about this, because I refuse to not use a VPN.

I didn’t use a VPN and my account is flagged too on my cell phone. Very strange and a bit annoying.

You should submit a request to get unflagged if it has been that long!
