The arrival date of my January BATs was scheduled for 2/7/2023 and Brave says they have arrived, but nothing has entered my Uphold Wallet.

The message is just a generic one and does not actually tell if they’ve arrived.
Sorry, but I have to disagree! The status shows as a green circle which indicates completed and this is wrong as no BAT has been deposited into my Uphold Wallet.

Apparently the Brave dev team couldn’t care less who didn’t get the BATs.
It’s sad such disrespect for users.
This is the second time I’ve lost a whole month of dedication to collecting the rewards and the Brave team doesn’t even bother to give me an answer explaining the cause or if there is any interest in solving my problem.

Es triste saber que los contratos millonarios que ellos tienen para mostrar estos anuncios a miles de usuarios y a nosotros recompensas muy bajas y mas molesta cuando los usuarios dedican tiempo para mirar estos anuncios durante un mes y no paguen, porque según el sistema detecto que si viste la mayoría de sus anuncios y tienes muchos bats entonces te retengo el dinero y listo, pero no te bloqueo y si te sigo enviando publicidad para que la sigas viendo, entonces no entiendooo, que triste muchos usuarios afectados han pasado 7 días y no hay una respuesta decente por parte de ellos, aunque ya se ve que han bajado el valor de las recompensas por cada anuncio que los usuarios vean vamos a ver que termina esto. aun seguiremos esperando respuestas.

Well that happens only when they’ve found enough evidence of you tampering and abusing rewards system. Most cases, they remove flag.
Lastima , pero evidencia no creo que tengan, se envía por correo los dos equipos donde se encuentra instalada la aplicación, se indica el uso de estos en horarios comprendidos desde las 7:00 am a 11:00pm, historial no se puede enviar por datos personales según no fue suficiente, pero bueno nada que hacer evitar que me sigan llegando anuncios por ellos se benefician y ya, además no era mucho eso es lo que entristece mas. gracias por tener el tiempo de contestar saludos y muchas suerte

Pienso lo mismo son estafadores hasta que no se vea mi dinero reflejado en mi cuenta seguirán siéndolo, ya que ustedes Brave son lo que colocan los anuncios, y ustedes le dan los valores $ que ustedes consideran; nosotros los usuarios somos los que los vemos y accedemos a ellos haciendo click entonces a que juegan a ganarse los bats de los demás, ahora miren cuantas personas estarán en la misma situación unos que ya se rindieron y se salieron pero es justooo no lo es. Pero como ellos manejan todo pues no demoran en ocultar estos mensajes para que mas personas caigan.

Terrible que no tengan consideración con los usuarios, sabiendo que es una compañía muy pero muy rentable, deberían de mirar los dueños con que clase de personal trabajan y mas aun cuando se quedan con los BATS de los usuarios sin dar explicaciones.
