My BAT is not moving into my uphold account that I set up on JUNE 5th

My Basic Attention Tokens are not moving to my upload account. I reached out on this forum 5 days ago and a representative named Steeven replied back to me quite quickly. I sent all three items that he asked me for to investigate the problem. Since that time, no reply or response back in over 4 days. I am getting extremely frustrated with Brave Browser .

I only have one device (my home cpu) hooked up to brave browser. I did have the auto contribute happen without my consent several months ago, you can tack that problem on.

and i dont use any vpn windows 7

i did not receive refund
for auto-contribution
i sent all DM 3 days ago
