Mouse wheel scroll gets stuck

Description of the issue:
While scrolling down a page by CLICKING the scroll wheel and moving the cursor downwards, the cursor will often get stuck in this scroll state. The only way to fix it when this occurs is to reload the page.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1. Launch Brave
2. Visit any website, click the mouse wheel, scroll down.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
User gets stuck scrolling and is unable to click on page elements.

Expected R esult:
Clicking the mouse wheel again should always return the cursor state to normal.

Reproduces how often:
Not every time, but several times per day. Enough to be putting me off using this browser for much longer.

I’m using a Razer Naga Trinity mouse.

Can you please check this behavior in another browser? I’m not convinced it’s a Brave issue and I don’t personally see this behavior when I try to reproduce it.

This is the only browser it happens with. Edge has been my main browser for quite a long time, but only while using Brave for the last couple of months have I noticed this. I understand that it’s hard to reproduce - as I said it’ll usually only happen to a couple of times per day. I’ll try to record the exact steps the next time it occurs.
