Missing Rewards for Months

Briefly describe your issue:
Unable to receive rewards, my ads total has been stuck on 150 since October, I’ve even received “ad based new tabs” and no change to amount. I haven’t received notification ads in months.

Wish I got that far. I get the ads on the iPhone(but no rewards of course), but not on my other devices(no ads… rewards worked, but the ads stopped).
