Missing bat upon transfer to uphold account verified

Hello,

After subscribing and verifying my uphold account at Brave, my BAT were transferred to my uphold account however I only received 16.5 BAT out of 54.25 BAT. I DM an admin a week ago with Wallet ID, OS and Brave version and screenshots of rewards panel as ask in some similar posts but no answer. Do I have any chance to see my BATs oneday? Am I screwd? Can I do something more?

Just resend the original DM with a reply asking for a status update. With all the DMs they receive, some are overlooked. A reminder that your issue is still open wouldn’t hurt! Hopefully they will get back to you soon.
