I have no idea if I’m in the right spot in this maze of trying to get some customer support around this subject so if I’m not doing this right please point me in the right direction!
Anyways, I finally decided I’d like to withdraw my BAT tokens. I was going to send them off to Coinbase rather than set up my bank account with Uphold. (By the way, I have also contacted Uphold about my problem I’m posting here because I don’t know which end is responsible.) I had 525 BAT tokens and as soon as I hit the withdraw button I got a ton of emails in my emails account showing different transactions (which is weird in itself) but then as I get to my Uphold account it now shows I’m missing 152.75 BAT tokens. What happened to the rest? Not only that but I decided to see if I could at least transfer the amount I have left to Coinbase but the transaction fee is like 90% of my total BAT! That clearly has to be a mistake. What’s going on?
