Si ves el error en macOS en tu Brave:
" ¡Lo sentimos! Los Anuncios aún no están disponibles en tu región"

Cambia el idioma de Brave a Inglés en:

  1. Manzana
  2. Preferencias del Sistemas
  3. Idioma
  4. Apps
  5. Selecciona Brave y el idioma Inglés
  6. Abre Brave y ve a brave://rewards/ y ahora se puede habilitar los Rewards

También funciona cambiando el idioma a “Español”:

For developers, I use the macOS laguage “Español Latinoamérica” and in this language the Rewards are not available, even if you are in a suported country.

Changing the Brave.app app language to English or Spanish, the problem is solved and Rewards are available again.

I attach the screenshots with the Language setup per app and without it, only that change enables the rewards.
