Links within Outlook desktop email client not working

Description of the issue:
Links embedded within my company issued Outlook email account do not work in the latest version of Brave. When I click the link, nothing happens

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Click a link within an email using MS Outlook Desktop Email client

Expected result:
It should open a browser tab because Brave is my default browser

Brave Version( check About Brave):
v 0.68.132

Additional Information:
Links in my Outlook client work fine with Firefox, Chrome & IE

Hi @mlg1906! I’m assuming you are on Windows 10? If so, make sure your default apps for browsing / emails / etc. are set to Brave.
