June.. Again without a Bat deposit

I had had problems with the May deposits, duly commented on the topic that they closed me, I raised a ticket and a few days ago they solved it and they deposited the May Bats, but now I see that June has the same problem, here I see that The deposits are in green, but I did not receive any on my three devices… Android, PC desktop and laptop.

And now what is the problem? Do we have to raise tickets again?
