Is there any way to move bottom bar to top like Android Brave design?

I recently have switched from Android to iOS.
Is there any way to not have the navigation bar splitted? It is a waste of space. Android does this very well.

@ethan_levy What do you mean? I showed it above. I’m on iOS. So no, they don’t need to change design, lol.

Or actually, wait. I was seeing wrong. It’s reverse of what I was showing I guess. But very similar.
