Iphone backup shows keyboard data chinese and japanese

Hello I’ve run into a strange app icon on my 11 pro (iOS 14.2). It only appears for a short flash every time always when preparing a backup to iCloud. The icon has a strange graphic on it (matches no app I’ve ever used) and it varies in size mostly 312kb. It has the description Keyboard Data Chinese and Japanese. I don’t have any other keyboards but English. My phone will not set into DFU mode when attempting only restore is possible . Anyone ever hear of a cure for this or is my phone and iCloud permanently compromised.
