iPhone 10- running iOS 16.5( 20F66)

Received notification to update app , but App Store says updated? Brave Browser says running Version 1.52 (23.7.3.17). Is this most up to date?

The latest version on iOS at this time is v1.52.1 — @TheG, were you able to update to this version over the weekend?
