Internals rewards logs error

Hello,

I haven’t received my bat rewards in the last months, I have made just now a fresh install of the browser and my internals rewards logs is just already full of errors, like this example:
[08/09/2021, 10:22:28,9 da manhã:ERROR:credentials_promotion.cc(503)] Token list empty
[08/09/2021, 10:22:28,9 da manhã:ERROR:uphold_wallet.cc(331)] Transferring tokens failed!

Wallet is verified…
Can someone explain me whats wrong?
