Installation on Ubuntu 19.10 fails - missing certificate on your server?

Description of the issue:
Installation on Ubuntu 19.10 fails

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
sudo apt update

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Additional Information:
Looks like you are missing a certificate.
