I still have not received my april payment from creators

I still haven’t received my april payment from creators, I feel sad that I can’t receive what I generated because I always have my data updated and I am very loyal to brave. I am very discouraged to have that worry every month and wonder if this month will be deposited or not… there are also problems with the ads in the updates… is it the end of brave or something wrong with my account?
