I have Lost my refferal

I am a creator of brave reward program. Therr was. 9 refferal under me and i was about to get payment After 10 th Nov. But suddenly my fans was facing problem to donate me. So i reinstalled my website.I remove the channel and added it again. But this time, all my recoreded referral is gone. I can not see any reffaral in my statictics.Wont i get the payment then? Please help me
