I don't receive MY JANUARY PAYMENT in zebpay account

My payment is not show in zebpay account even after the payment is successful for zebpay. In Brave official page showing is successful.

I’ve only seen one topic before. What happened when you didn’t receive payment before? I mean, what response did they give you? Had your account been flagged and then reinstated? If so, then guessing you’re flagged again. Otherwise not sure what might be happening.
