I can't connect my gemini and brave account to view my rewards

There’s an ongoing Gemini issue for new devices so new devices can’t be connected
Shouldn’t have issues on rewards profile which were already connected

I did search there wasn’t an answer for this issue. I am not using a new device this is on my desktop that’s always been connected to my rewards but now is not. If Gemini has knowledge of this that’s funny cause they said they didn’t and I needed to reach out to brave as the problem is with them.
