I’m wondering if there is an ability to share a bookmark folder (not all bookmarks) with another user? to be updated by either user, and on any of their devices
trying the sync option seems to only be for entire bookmarks of either user.
One user is Android and the other is IOs!

We currently do not have this functionality, but I wholeheartedly agree that there is a user need to share a portion of bookmarks with a group of others.
You are correct in stating that currently Sync only allows for all bookmarks to be shared.
