I would like to format my PC but I don’t want to lose the brave rewards that haven’t compensated yet and only compensated on the 7th of Aug.
How can I do this?

Unfortunately at this time there is no way to save your pending Rewards. If your wallet is verified already, you will be able to reformat, reinstall the browser, and then re-link the wallet in the browser to your verified Uphold account to continue earning from Rewards. But ultimately yes, you will end up losing your current pending Rewards.

Can you tell me if I move all Brave to HD I’ll lose it anyway?

Yes I believe you will still lose estimated Rewards this way as well.
