How identical in behavior are BRAVE and CHROME for the user?

Is there a list available of known issues (problems) that occur in BRAVE but that don’t (or are not known to) occur in CHROME?

When challenged (“Brave isn’t one of our supported browsers,” etc.), how valid a defense is it to say that BRAVE, because it uses the Chromium engine, should behave identically to Chrome?
