How does Brave Shield work?

i’m posting here to get information on how “Brave Shield” is working.

Is Brave Shield recording, on which sites which particular adblock or scriptblock occurred? Or does it?

If so, where are the information going. Or are they going anywhere?

I hope i can get some help with these questions.
